Overview
Glow is a companion app for women managing PCOS designed to replace clinical, number-driven tracking with a supportive, motivating experience. Instead of just logging symptoms, Glow helps women understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and celebrate small wins along the way.

Women with PCOS struggle to stick with lifestyle changes confusing symptoms, no emotional support, and apps that only track numbers,
not how they feel.
